Hope that never goes out
Hello, I'm Karen Serra, also an artist, and I'm going to tell you my interpretation of this work of art:
The moment I saw the work, I connected spiritually and emotionally. I felt it was telling me that there is something bigger, majestic, something greater than us, supernatural, that exists and is real.
It reminded me of moments in my life when I had to go through difficult trials, and I only overcame them by remembering that higher Being and focusing my gaze on Him, and on nothing else around me.
The colors convey strength, power, passion, majesty, and fire.
The part of myself I found was the power of focus, of seeing beyond the tangible: faith.
My message with this interpretation, for whoever is reading, is: if you ever feel alone or lost, know that you are not. God surrounds you, He loves you with an intensity that cannot be measured. And if you can focus your gaze on Christ, if you choose not to look so much around you, but rather upward… you will discover that, even in your worst moments, hope remains.
That is the promise I see in this painting.
That is the promise that lives in my story.

Hola, soy Karen Serra, también soy artista, y te voy a contar mi interpretación de esta obra de arte:
En el momento en que vi la obra, me conecté espiritual y emocionalmente. Sentí que me decía que hay algo más grande, majestuoso, algo mayor que nosotros, sobrenatural, que existe y es real.
Me recordó a momentos de mi vida en que tuve que atravesar difíciles pruebas, y solo las superé recordando a ese Ser superior y enfocando mi mirada en Él, y en nada más alrededor.
Los colores, me transmite fuerza, poder, pasión majestuosidad y fuego.
La parte de mí que encontré fue el poder del enfoque, de ver más allá de lo tangible: la fe.
Mi mensaje con esta interpretación, para quien sea que esté leyendo, es: si alguna vez te sientes solo o perdido, sepas que no lo estás. Dios te rodea, que te ama con una intensidad que no se puede medir. Y si logras enfocar tu mirada en Cristo, si decides no mirar tanto alrededor, sino hacia arriba… descubrirás que, incluso en tus peores momentos, la esperanza sigue.
Esa es la promesa que veo en este cuadro.
Esa es la promesa que vive en mi historia.
